REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Registration in online admission portal apply.san.edu.pl
• Copy of maturity certificate or higher secondary certificate or International Baccalaureate or European Baccalaureate with attachment (for Bachelor or Engineering program)
• Copy of Bachelor's diploma or Engineer's diploma with transcript of records (for Master program)
• Copy of an ID card (for UE citizens) or a passport (for non-UE citizens, page with photo)
• photo (3,5 x 4,5)
• Language certificate or English Language Declaration (check: Language requirements)
• Proof of application fee payment
• Signed agreement with the University - signed in Admissions Office
• Power of attorney (if documents are submitted via a third party / AGENCY). download
• All documents must be sign with you NAME and SURNAME (manualy)

Remember to take the original + copies entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the Admissions Office.

International students who are already in Poland, besides documents listed above, needs to submit additional documents to the Admissions Office:

• Sworn translation of documents confirming your education into Polish language
• A legalisation (nostrification) of all documents certifying the candidate’s education (exceptions: here)
• Apostille of all documents certifying the candidate’s education
• Copy of the current Polish visa or current Residence Card /current red seal in passport /current official document on legal residence in Poland
• International Student Declaration (if it's required)
• Proof of application and tuition fee payment

STAGE 1 - WHAT DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO GET LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

All required documents issued in another language than Polish need to be translated. If you don’t have a possibility to provide Polish translation, we will accept the documents translated in to English and you will have to submit Polish translation after arrival.

STAGE 2 - WHAT YOU SHOULD SUBMIT AFTER OBTAINING A POLISH VISA TO APPLICATION

• Scan of the Polish visa (check: Visa Requirements)
• Scan of flight ticket no later than 7 days before arrival

STAGE 3 - DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AFTER ARRIVAL TO POLAND

All candidates who have received a Polish visa immediately after arriving in Poland must submit to the Admissions Office the documents listed below:

• Originals + copies of all documents listed in stage 1 and 2
• A document stating that the certificate/diploma entitles to undertake or continue university-level studies in the country in which the certificate/diploma was issued (Apostille)
• A legalisation (nostrification) of all documents certifying the candidate’s education (exceptions: here)
• Sworn translation into Polish language of documents confirming your education
• 1 photo (3,5 x 4,5)
