« back...Outgoing scholarships from Santander Universidades

After a long break, the outgoing development programmes for students and PhD students from Santander Universidades are back. This time, you can apply for trips to the UK and Spain. The bank is also continuing to run the programmes in an online format.

We encourage you to take a look at the offer and develop yourself.

Admissions are currently underway for the departure programmes :

  • Santander Scholarship | English Summer Experience 2023 - 100 places for an away course in English at B1 to C1 levels for 18 - 30 year olds. Participants will spend 3 weeks on campus at universities such as Conventry University, University of East England and University of Sheffield. The scholarship covers tuition fees, flights and accommodation.

  •  Santander | Young Leaders for Education Scholarship - 60 places for a 5-day stay in Spain and participation in the International Rectors' Meeting in Valencia to be held in May 2023. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a discussion and present their vision of the education of the future in an international forum. In addition, 3 participants will receive a prize of €1,000. The scholarship will cover flight, accommodation, food and a series of preparatory training sessions.

Admissions are currently open for online programmes as well:

  • Santander Scholarship | Digital Business 2022 - 1,000 places for a seven-week online programme where participants will be able to choose from three available courses: team management, digital marketing, innovation in the FinTech sector. Classes are free for participants and are held in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
